Limited Warranty: We provide a one-year limited warranty on the repairs and parts used in our services, as well as any replacement device supplied under this agreement, starting from the date the services are completed. This warranty is subject to the terms and exclusions detailed below.

A. Limited Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover services or repairs on devices exposed to moisture or liquids beyond the manufacturer’s intended use, even if we attempted to repair such damage. It also excludes devices that have suffered abuse, misuse, external damage, Acts of God, or normal wear and tear that does not affect their intended use, as well as damage from battery leakage. Defects caused by user actions, such as mishandling, physical damage, operation outside of design limits, unauthorized repairs, or modifications, are not covered. Additionally, devices showing evidence of tampering or damage from excessive corrosion, electrical current, heat, moisture, vibration, improper specifications, misapplication, or other uncontrolled operating conditions are excluded. The warranty is non-transferable and void for devices with altered, defaced, or missing serial numbers.

B. Ownership of Repaired or Replaced Parts and Devices: Unless otherwise required by law, all replaced devices, parts, components, boards, and equipment become our property. You waive any rights to the replaced device or parts under state or other laws.

C. Limited Warranty Procedure: If your repaired or replacement device malfunctions within the one-year warranty term, it must be returned to our service center for evaluation. You will be responsible for any applicable shipping costs. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that the parts or repairs were defective, or that the replacement device is defective, it will be repaired at no charge.
